POSITION SUMMARY: Candidate shall possess the knowledge and the know-how to install various pieces of equipment consisting of a wastewater and/or a water treatment plant; such as, Pumps, Blowers, Mechanical Screens, Grit Classifiers, UV Equipment, Mixers, Aeration Systems, Centrifuges, Belt Presses, Sludge Dewatering Systems, Clarifiers, Weirs & Troughs, Launder Covers, Pressure Filters, Ion Softeners, Draft Aerators, Chemical Feed Equipment, Chemical Storage Tanks, Flange Ductile Piping, Process Valves, Flow Meters, Samplers, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS: The candidate is expected to communicate effectively with their project manager and to lead the crews/subcontractors on the job site. They are to implement and adhere to short and long term schedules and alert their project manager to any unforeseen changes to the project cost or schedule. Performing regular quality inspections for self-performed and subcontracted work is expected in the role. The candidate is responsible for understanding and implementing Crosby Construction’s safety program and ensuring work at the job site is in accordance with OSHA’s Standards for Construction.

QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ Years Experience, Experience in Water / Wastewater Projects, Confined Space Trained, Competent in heavy rigging, Experienced in equipment layout, OSHA Training, General understanding and ability to read / interpret construction drawings.
